I was at the users meeting in denver with you.  I was at that time
and at initial receiving of the arken stone enthusiastic but I have
cooled considerably and I feel like I am in a vacuum because I can't
get it to reaed things I bring home from the office corectly or
things that come in the mail without a lot of errors and I play with
the contrast and stuff with little improvements.  I don't think the
new software is going to improve recognition and I am just waiting
for it. but now the stuff sits on the desk ffor weeks at a time
without use because I am so discouraged and it is more trouble than
it is worth. unless things get better speaking only for me I made a
four thousand dollar misstake and will sell out for half price and
lick my wounds.
