Does anyone out there own a PERMOBILE wheelchair?  Are they good?  Do 
they break down often?  Please tell me all info good and bad since I may 
buy one.  I don't want to take the salespersons' word for it.  I mean 
$16,000 is a lot of money if these chairs don't hold up.
