Another thing that a disabled person is eligable for is the SBAs section 8(a), which is a small business setaside. This pgm was originally set up for monorities. Now, it has been extended to persons with disabilities. What makes this interesting to both of us is our proximity to some major government installations. From my research, there is A LOT of things that that the government buys, that a person working from his home can provide. The Rehab Act, has provisions for "tools of the trade". The way it works is that BVR(the State) picks up 20%, and the Feds pay the other 80%. I'm working with a guy who knows a lot about how these things work.
