I've got a lead on some 640x200 LCD displays from Timeline electronics
for a mere $39. Unfortunately they don't have the CMOS controllers that
allow for easy ASCII and graphics on the displays. 

Does anyone know what type of controller is needed for these displays?
Anyone know where they could be obtained? The part number for the
display is TLC-365-121.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
