I'm running NEC on some antenna designs. I'd like to start using
real, measured, ground characteristics for my location. Is there
anybody out there with access to that data? A broadcasting
engineer somewhere?

If that's not asking too much, then I'd like to see if anybody
has info on what the appropriate characteristics would be for,
say, a 70' pine tree?

The target frequency range for these figures would be the HF
Ham bands (1-30 MHZ)
