Linda, you wrote this claim at least 3 times in your 194 lines article.

What you forgot to tell us is what is the ratio between new positions
and positions that were created by retirement.

You also forgot to tell us why the young men, who had *no* say in the
past discrimination should be punished for that discrimination...
