	Martin Moller, fodslett@daimi.aau.dk, had announced that a
paper on the Scaled Conjugate Gradient method for NN's was available
at machine hyperion.daimi.aau.dk as the file pub/scg.paper.Z (to be
received in binary mode and uncompress'ed).

	However, I tried to ftp to that site and all I got was some
timeouts. Is an Internet number available? What's going on??
