I have first got to read the news now.

Sorry for all the trouble with the conjugate gradient pre-print.
I was not aware of that there could be difficulties printing out
macposctscript files.

There has also been some trouble getting in contact with our site here,
I don't know yet what is wrong, but thanks to Richard Romero, the paper
is now available at a site in the USA. 

The site is: ftp expo.lcs.mit.edu

The paper is in:  ~/contrib/scg.paper.ps.Z

The paper at this site is converted to ordinary postscript.

If you still have trouble getting the paper printed out, please
contact me by e-mail, and I will send you a hard copy of the paper.
