True statement. spawno30 is more complete, supporting both Turbo-C and
M'soft C environments. Also does a _very_ complete job of swapping
memory blocks. Leaves only 448 bytes + environment in memory (XMS and
disk swap) or 464 bytes + env for EMS swap.
