I've uploaded the following two files to SIMTEL20:

pd1:<msdos.tex>
SBMF11.ZIP      PD version of METAFONT from author of SBTeX

pd1:<msdos.turbopas>
TPENHKBD.ZIP    TP unit enabling extended keys for std/enh kbd

SBMF11.ZIP is a public domain version of METAFONT by Wayne Sullivan,
who also produced SBTeX (for <msdos.tex>).

TPENHKBD.ZIP is a Turbo Pascal (4.0, 5.x) unit (source included) to enable
extended key combinations like ALT-arrow on EITHER an enhanced or standard
keyboard, by taking over interrupts 9 and 16 for the duration of the program.
The package was originally entitled enhkbd, but since there's already one
with that title on simtel20, I have renamed it tpenhkbd.
