I've heard there is a version of PBMplus which can be (painlessly?) built
under VMS. If so could someone let me know where I can ftp it from?

I only have access to a mail-based non-interactive ftp facility so if you
could let me know the exact directory and filenames as well as the ftp site I
would appreciate it.
