Christopher Johnson of BRYTE wrote the really nice 8031/51 Forth, while Bill Payne of Sandia Labs wrote the book that included the 8031/51 Forth. Perhaps the two Forths are related indirectly but I don't think Johnson and Payne worked together on the book.
