PC-PDP1.ZIP enables using a PC to replace the ASR35 TTY unit normally used to do PDP8 input/output. The program is written in F-PC v3.5. It uses Craig Lindley's windowing utility and Ray Duncan's asynch driver from P/C-Forth. While not many will find the original application useful, the program does have a number of ideas and useful words. This version includes the file async.seq which I forgot to include in PC-PDP.ZIP. If anyone is interested using the program with a PDP8, I can supply the details on the hardware I used to interface the PC RS232 port to the PDP8 tty I/O port.
