I know about the FLIC-article by Peyton Jones in Sigplan Notices but I would like to know more about whether such intermediate codes have been described in the literature and/or used in practice. Sorry if this has been asked before, but I am relatively new to this group. I will try to summarize to the net if sufficient response is received. Thank you in advance, Kees Pronk.
