Keywords: basic compiler Message-ID: <2345@amethyst.math.arizona.edu> Date: 26 Nov 90 23:14:45 GMT Sender: news@amethyst.math.arizona.edu Organization: Lunar & Planetary Laboratory, Tucson AZ. Lines: 14 I was recently asked by one of the scientists here to price a RISC/UNIX box to upgrade from his 386/DOS machine. The BASIC language is a requirement for him as he's got alot of code in BASIC that he doesn't want to rewrite. After checking a bit I found *very* few vendors who sell BASIC for unix (nominal Sun). Should I look for a source translator, is there a PD compiler that can be used... any suggestions appreciated.
