Superkey and some other remapping programs put such images on the screen. (in Superkey its the LAYOUT.COM utility). Sidekick and some other utilities have "screen grabbing" options that would let you capture the screen image to an ascii file. You could then incorporate the ascii text into your program. (Whether the images are copyrighted by the manufacturer is another question....)
