Message-ID: <4564@umbc3.UMBC.EDU> Date: 29 Nov 90 15:30:17 GMT Sender: newspost@umbc3.UMBC.EDU Reply-To: greg@umbc3.umbc.edu (Greg Sylvain,Lib 007a,3929,6445148) Organization: University of Maryland, Baltimore County Lines: 36 Hello again, In addition to the problem that I was having with filter (please search for filter), I also can't mail forms when I have some customized headers defined in ~/.elm/elmheaders. I can work with forms just fine when there is no such file, but when the file is there, and not of 0 length, elm treats the forms as a notmal mail message. The only thing I can think of off hand is if elm only looks to see if the top line after the blank line that is inserted following the system defined headers is WIDTH=78 which is the first line of the [OPTIONS-SECTION], as specified in the Forms guide. If the instance that there exists a ~/.elm/elmheaders file (that has length greater than 0), this file will be appended first. If you have any clues, feel free to respond, greg BTW, I'm running elm2.3 PL8 on hpux 7.0 B. But this version of elm is running on PMAXex and VAXes with the same result, I believe.
