We have received several frantic phone calls, faxes and e-mail messages
pointing out that couriers (DHL, Federal Express etc.) cannot send
ECOOP submissions to a PO Box address.  If you wish to use a courier
the following address may also be used:

	Pierre America
	Philips Research Laboratories
	Professor Holstlaan
	5656 AA Eindhoven
	The Netherlands

Please note that the deadline is November 30 (though there will naturally
be a short period of grace).
