Message-ID: <1990Nov26.221613.18643@unicorn.cc.wwu.edu> Date: 26 Nov 90 22:16:13 GMT Distribution: comp Organization: Western Washington University, Bellingham WA. Lines: 22 I understand there is an updated boot disk file floating around. Could some kind person mail me a copy? I asked in an earlier post for those who who have been successful in getting MacMinix to run. So far just 2 have replied (Joe Pickert and another person). I sure hope there are more of you out there. I would really like to get it running. The problem I am having is on step #5 of Mr. Pickert's 'ten easy steps'. The error is 'cpdir not found' - It prints this as it runs the script '/etc/setup_usr'. It also prints 'rm *.Z: file not found', 'rm *.a: file not found'. I have a Mac+, 2.5M 30M hd. No INIT's. If you have hints, etc.. mail me! Mucho thanks in advance!! -- jeff wandling | western washington university | inet: jeff@arthur.cs.wwu.edu cs ugrad & | bellingham, wa 98225 USA | n8743196@unicorn.cc.wwu.edu acm chairman | earth-muffin headquarters | acm@unicorn.cc.wwu.edu
