Hello,

We have a bunch of PC's which should be able to print to a laser printer
connected to a Unix host (a Sun to be exact) which runs the normal BSD-ish
lpd. At the moment, we have a number of them setup with an Ethernet card
and PC-NFS, but this is a kind of expensive solution just to print something.
We don't mind the Ethernet cards much, it's the PC-NFS we want to get rid
of.
Are there any alternative solutions out there (PD preferred, but commercial
also acceptable)? Thanks.
