How can I get a list of available bidirectional stream devices
(ie. like COM ports, network sockets, and pipes)?  I want to
have a requestor that shows available ports for some
communications code.
 
Does something like DosFindFirst/DosFindNext exist for devices,
pipes, semaphores, or queues?
