TEAC makes a 2.88M/1.44M/720K SCSI floppy disk (FD-235JS-401) that I have purchased and use on an embedded system. The SCSI controller is already mounted on the drive. It comes with a good manual to describe all of its characteristics (timing diagrams, jumper positions, etc). It hasn't given me any problems. However; if you don't have $400 or already have a floppy then consider an OMTI SCSI controller/interface board that handles 5-1/4, 3-1/2, and 8 inch disk drives. Here's the address for the OMTI controllers (they might be out of business): Scientific Micro Systems, INC 339 N.
