Hi people.

Does anyone have source for PAP routines which is publically
available?  If not, since I may have to implement it myself
from InsideAppleTalk's description, does anyone have
suggestions on how my server routines should be set up?

examples - should I load PAP stuff once into SysHeap for
all applications?
- should I maintain a shared list of server reference numbers
etc etc etc etc
