Nielsen Bannockburn, IL Lines: 29 Hi Usenet.oracle. Again, I come to the well. We have an interesting situation here. We have a 3COM Netbios application (the Maxess gateway) which we would like to use with TCP/IP. We have a Netbios-over-TCP implementation, but it doesn't seem to work with that. Thus, our next attack point: We are using packet drivers. Does anyone know how to get the packet drivers to work with someone's TCP/IP (ie: B&Ws) and 3COM's 3+OPEN Netbios drivers at the same time? We don't care about redirectors or other 3COM services at this point -- only NETBIOS. Two adapters in a machine is not an acceptable alternative. If anyone has made this work, please let us know how you did it! I haven't seen any references to this feat of magic yet... but perhaps it can be done. Email or posts appreciated. -- Karl Denninger AC Nielsen kdenning@ksun.naitc.com (708) 317-3285 Disclaimer: Contents represent opinions of the author; I do not speak for AC Nielsen on Usenet.
