Has anyone ported bt (Broken Throne) to HP-UX?  There were a couple of
things broken (no pun intended) with it in a cursory examination.

1) a couple of lib functions unresolved in btserver
        bcopy -- include -lBSD
        usleep -- couldn't find this one

2) include file stropts.h missing

3) possible I/O problems the author alluded to in the documentation


If anyone has done this, please post or send me the diffs.
BTW, System: HP 9000s360 w/HP-UX 7.0
