I still do feel that commodore is avoiding other netter's problems with the 2091. I would like to throw a few harmless little questions into the air. 1. Commodore says that turning off reselection reduces the problems of hanging to zero when using multiple hds. Q: So why have people who have already done this still experienced the same problem? Sounds like their solution did not work... 2. Commodore says that this problem exists only in the newest 2091's that have a particular chip. Q: So why (when I owned a 2090a a long time ago) did I also experience the same problems. It sounds to me like the problem has been around for a long time now. Besides I know someone who's 2091 is over a year old and suffers from this same problem. 3. Q: Commodore knows that a problem exists, so why don't they offer to ship new controllers (that do not have this problem) to those 2091 owners who have this problem. It was not the purchaser's fault that there is a bug in some 2091's that doesn't allow them to use multiple drives. I hope this posting is not offensive.. These were the ideas that were on my mind when I posted last... -Tom Nezwek
