We added support for the clipboard device in CygnusEd Professional
in Release 2 with a program called CB2RX (ClipBoard To Rexx). By doing
it this way, any program which speaks Rexx can access the clipboard.

By the way, the clip board device hasn't really worked until WB2.0. 
Under all previous operating systems it would lose 536 bytes each time 
it was written to, and then closed.
