Hi HD. experts,

I have an A500 and I want to buy a 60-80 MB SCSI HD. with controller.
I found HD in Turkey but, can't find SCSI controller for Amiga.
Here is my questions,

* Which one is better and which one will work with Amiga without problem ?
  I found; ST-1096, ST-177N, ST-296N, ST-277N

* Which SCSI controller is faster and cheaper for amiga ?
  I can't find any one in here, please send to me their label
  and their firm address if you know.

* Must I add extra memory to A500 when I working with HD ?
  I have 1M total. Are controllers have an extra memory ?
