I noticed only a few differences:  the copyright in the menu bar is intact in
2.13, whereas in 2.10 there was a 'Imported by Darry Booper' message; 2.13
saves all 8 colors if you change them for a particular song whereas 2.10
would save only the first 4 colors; and finally, I don't know if this is new
for 2.13, but pressing HELP will give you a tip to seeing some 'secret'
messages.

Oh, and 2.13 doesn't work under 2.0, but the patched version of 2.13 does.
