I would like a description of how the virus act, 'cause I think I've got one too, on my 2000. Here is a summarize of the symptoms: - The HD works fine for a couple of days after a new FORMAT. - Suddenly with NO warning the machine seem to lock it self up. - The LED is lit, and the exec seems screwed. - I can write text on the screen, but there is no reaction. (The program is probably waiting for a message it never gets). - When I try to boot, the sequence never get farther than to the scsi.device. It doesnt even boot from the floppy-disk, or the RAD: - I then have to make several warnstart after each other to get past the locked position, eventual it will happen after a while.... I'm not sure though, that it's a virus...It might also be a fault in the controller... Klavs Pedersen
