About two weeks ago, someone posted asking for the address of  Phoenix 
Electronics Inc...... I replied in a followup that Phoenix had been 
purchased by another company and that I'd send their address and phone 
number when and if I found it.... turns out I don't have a complete 
address, but I did find the phone number...
