I cannot afford a two-page multisync...but: there is a two-page Hitachi Type HM-1719B-6 nineteen inch analog RGB computer being offered to me at a *very* reasonable price. The phosophor on the CRT is of the long-persistence type. And I am told that you have to look to see the flicker in interlace mode (current user is using it with an A1000). My work is limited to text editing and desktop publishing applications. 1) Will this thing *work* with an A3000? (Probably, yes, right?) 2) I know I will be losing something in going the "cheapo" way-- but I am saving over a thousand dollars...*What* will I be giving up when I take this instead of a multisync? Especially in view of the type of work I plan to use this for (desktop publishing, text editing)...[I have heard people mutter things about special "productivity modes"--what exactly does this translate to; and is it the case that I won't be able to benefit from these?] ANY help greatly appreciated... Thanks a whole lot... Iftikhar
