Keywords: how to? Message-ID: <1990Nov27.150457.27341@cbnewsd.att.com> Date: 27 Nov 90 15:04:57 GMT Distribution: usa Organization: AT&T Bell Laboratories Lines: 12 OK, I have Microbotics Hardframe, Seagate 157N (48meg), A2000, 5meg Ram. I know I have a bad block somewhere on the HD. I begin getting Read/Write errors. To get around it I have to delete some files out of my tmp directory to recover good disk space. Short of getting the Hardframe upgrade that was recently announced for $49.00 which would map out the bad blocks, is there anything else I could do? Any freeware or shareware that would help? Thanks.
