Ask yourself the following question: What version of l:fastfilesystem am I using? I remember *AGES* ago, this exact same thread, and yes, if you had a hard-drive formatted with the original (1.3) fastfilesystem you would get crashed on the hard-drive if it was filled to more than about 95%. This was a known bug, and was fixed in the 1.3.2 release. If you have the problem, and it is the ffs problem, then upgrade the system software and it will go away. If it is your hard-drive device driver then that is a completely different thing...
