If anyone has compiled g++ 1.37.1 (or older) on an apollo 2500, could you
maybe help me a bit in doing the same?
I did apply the coff patches, but USE_GPLUS_IFILE doesn't seem to work.
Now I tried with USE_COLLECT. Everything is fine until linking.
__CTOR_LIST__ and __DTOR_LIST__ are undefined. I thought this was 
suppressed by the -r flag in the loader.
