I had to buy 1) Case/Power supply ($110 brand new... can be had for $70 I suppose) 2) Host adapter (ICD's ran $110 brand new...) 3) SCSI MFM HD Controller ($80 or more) 4) Misc cables... ($15-20) $315 Total cost $300 or more in addition th the mechanism. By going with an SCSI mechanism you save $10 in cables and $90 in the controller card...
