Ok, I've finally been able to read my mail at baird and discovered a great cry
for me to post MKRSC so I have.  The binaries and sources are in their
respective conferences (assuming the mods let them through) and here is the

Acquiring the package:

Download the .uue format files, and decode them with the uudecode and
arc or zoo utilities which can be found in directory micros/atari/p99

Description:

MKRSC is a simple GEM resource construction program (RCP) suitable for the
creation of dialog boxes and menus.  The purpose in writing this program was to
provide a utility for those interested in GEM programming on the Atari ST/MEGA
computers, but not having access to a commercial resource builder.  The program
is only useful for the creation of new resource files and their associated C
header files.  The program should work in either monochrome or colour. 
Documentation and sources in C are included.
