I am looking for an email address for Scott Tilley who wrote NORAD. More
precisely I'm looking for a copy of the March/April 1981 issue of Orbit
Magazine which contains the equations for doing satellite postion predictions.
I am planning on writing this for the St in C.  Scott wrote NORAD in GFA
Basic for which I don't have a manual to translate as well as not having all
the equations I want.  If anybody has Scott's address please email me.  If 
you have the article let me know and I'll pay coping and shipping costs.
