Message-ID: <|T~^-__@rpi.edu> Date: 25 Nov 90 23:22:25 GMT Organization: Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy NY Lines: 12 Nntp-Posting-Host: pawl7.pawl.rpi.edu I've got an original IBM PS/2 Display 8512 (the 14" one) for VGA. However, I heard this monitor will not do 640x480x256? Is this true? I'm looking to upgrade my 8-bit original IBM VGA card to a 16-bit clone card...therefore, should I only get a card with 256K since 512K will do me no good with this monitor?
