Could somebody please explain IDE, RLL, SCSI, and ESDI to me?  I looked
at faq.txt but it wasn't technical enough.

Also... why does a SCSI drive generally cost less than the others?
Any reason IBM is evaluating SCSI drives?  Are they prefereed?  Why?
