Keywords: Floppy Teac jumpers Message-ID: <10686@ur-cc.UUCP> Date: 29 Nov 90 15:11:59 GMT Sender: news@uhura.cc.rochester.edu Organization: University of Rochester - Rochester, New York Lines: 14 I bought a used Teac 360K floppy (FD-55FV-35-U), but it doesn't work. I got the drive select jumper right (the motor will run when I try to access the drive), but it won't boot from the floppy. P.S. I'm using this in an XT. Anyway, I'm interested in the jumper positions labelled: U1/U2/HL/IU and the one beside it (ML?), and DCRY (jumper on or off). There's also a jumper at R3 labelled FG. If someone could just peek at their FD55 running in an XT and tell me what *they* have jumpered, I'd appreciate it.
