Lines: 23 There is frequently comment on the net about poor service. I've just had an example of very /good/ service; it seemed appropriate to pass out a bouquet! I bought Reference Software's 'Grammatik Mac' a while back; when I heard from a friend that there was an upgrade - and I hadn't got it - I rang them in annoyance. It was only then I realised I hadn't sent in the registration card... Without waiting for the card, they sent me the complete upgrade package: disks, heavy manual.. it cost $8:50 just in airmail. They didn't charge a bean. Now that's what I /call/ a good upgrade policy! Usual disclaimers. - duncan ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- duncan langford university of kent at canterbury, UK dl1@ukc.ac.uk -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
