Well, how about this:

	If someone asks "How do I do x in Nisus?"

	and you answer with

	"Do it this way..."

	then that is informative.


	If someone asks "How do I do x in MSWord?"

	and you answer with

	"Buy Nisus"

	then that is offensive.


Simple, huh?
