Screen fonts for the Adobe font set are freely distributable. You should be able to find a copy you certainly can distribute on sumex.stanford.edu. Note that the screen font which came with your Mac may not be freely distributable if it's not identically the same. Oops... just checked. Though there are lots of great screen fonts in the /info-mac/font/adobe directory on sumex, Zapf Chancery itself is not there. That doesn't mean that you can't distribute it, though. I suspect you can.
