Note:  They just raised the subscription rate to $100 in the US (I dont know
about in other places.   I just broke down and got a paid subscription this 
month.  I used to have a free one a few years ago, but failed to re-qualify.
I have been told that it is really hard to get free subscriptions now-a-days,
and that even if you might qualify, the waiting list runs several months.
