I have some data from a couple of years back that was stored on Apple II 5.25 inch disks, using the Apple II Pascal editor and filing system, if I remember correctly. I now work on Mac - 3.5 inch drives, no 5.25 anywhere in sight. In fact no Apple IIs anywhere in sight. I'd love to somehow get this data over onto a 3.5 so I could play with it, but plainly without the correct hardware this is difficult. Anybody got any ideas ? I can't justify the cost of buying a 5.25 inch drive just for this - we're talking less than half a dozen disks here. I tryed talking to the local Mac-droids (i.e. salespeople at the local dealers) and they were about as useless as you can get - they basically pretend the Apple II doesn't exist anymore. Are there any commercial services that will do this for a reasonable fee? Is there anybody out there with experience and the capability to do this that would like to earn a couple of bucks (not too much - I'm a poor grad student :)) -Nick P.S. Please reply via E-MAIL.
