GEnie, America Online, and probably a few other such services, are ALREADY licensed to distribute the CTB. They've paid Apple a set annual fee for the privilege of letting people download it. The question on your minds... why then can't CTB be posted to USENET? Well, Apple's software licensing requires that the distributors be able to provide information on who has downloaded the software. The USENET distribution methods don't offer that kind of auditing abilities. -- Mark H.
