Message-ID: Date: 30 Nov 90 18:43:55 GMT Organization: Gaia II Lines: 25 This is a (mostly) trivial bug discovered on: system 6.0.7 Finder 6.1.7 MultiFinder 6.0.7 mac II (256k ROM, v376) ~25 INIT/cdev's This could be a conflict but I've recently noticed that in the Finder when you're viewing a folder by name: 1) If you select a file near the top of the list it highlights normally. 2) If you then Shift-select a file lower in the list then the originally selected filename unhighlights but the file icon remains highlighted. The newly selected file highlights normally and both files are really selected (i.e. grouped). 3) If you Shift-select subsequent files they all select normally, only the original filename unhighlights and only if you do this in the order described above. If you first select a file low in the list and then Shift-select a file above it then all works as expected. Anybody else seen this (am I dreaming ...) ? -dave- hairston@henry.ece.cmu.edu
