Anything you like... Just build it with ResEdit and install it into your program. I think there's a size limit (number of pixels) but that's the only caveat. You just draw it and then pick the 'hot spot'. Specifically I'd like one that looks like a gun-sight or something like | - - | No problem! can you make a cursor as a resource? Yes.
