	I desperately need to upgrade my system to above 4.2.

	Because, Hypercard refuse to work.  Multifinder don't work.  Most
of everything don't like a system that's below 4.2.
		
	And so, I finally borrowed a copy of 'System' versioned 6.02 (I think).
In combination with my Finder version 6.0, I tried to boot up from it.  
	
	No luck.  The 'Welcome to Mac...' window is the last thing I see, and
watching it redraw the box around the window endlessly.  Wow, I thought, but
that's not what I needed..  another system crash.  

	Please, you all must be pretty experienced at why this happened, and
how would you fix it.  Somebody throw me a clue.  I need to pass this infant
stage, and then learn how to walk on my own.
